"As I was coming to the end of my business assignment in London, I consulted with Susan Bagyura for assistance in getting the promotion that I wanted back in my home office.

After we worked together to define the goals and develop a strategy, we spoke on a weekly basis to stay focused on achieving the results.

I took the Insights Evaluator, which I found to be extremely helpful as a validation for who I am. I also used some of the suggestions for development as goals for myself.
