The
Insights Evaluator
To produce
the Insights Discovery Personal Profile, recipients complete a 25 frame
online questionaire called the Insights Evaluator, which takes approximately
15 minutes.
There are no right or wrong answers, so there is no passing and failing,
and most people complete the Insights Evaluator in less than 20 minutes.
If English is not your first language, don’t worry. You can set
the Insights Evaluator to appear in 30 different languages.
Upon completion of your Insights Evaluator session you will receive
a 20 page representation of yourself/your potential recruit. This covers
strengths, weaknesses, value to the team, communication abilities, possible
